Salmari continues to grow strongly and is expanding its commercial team in the Netherlands.


To accelerate our growth we are looking for a Retail B2C Account Manager (full-time).


The Retail B2C channel is important to Salmari. Liquor stores provide all the Beyond the Dark Salmari moments in and around the home. As Retail B2C Account Manager, you are responsible for acquiring new accounts and activating and optimising existing ones. You make sure Salmari stands out: in-store and in the minds of consumers.

About the role

  • Acquire new retail accounts across the Netherlands.

  • Manage and activate existing accounts with a strong focus on brand presence and rotation.

  • Discuss and implement sales promotions and in-store activations together with the accounts.

  • Monitor and improve Salmari’s presentation on shelves and in shop windows, translating our brand into the retail environment.

  • Work independently while being part of the commercial team.

  • Report directly to the Commercial Director.

  • Office / field ratio: approx. 20% office – 80% field.

About you 

You enjoy being on the road, talking to retailers and bringing brands to life on the shop floor. You combine a commercial drive and a creative mindset with eye for brand presentation.

  • A completed (commercial) education (MBO / HBO / WO).

  • Experience in B2C retail; liquor or specialty retail is a plus.

  • Experience with alcoholic beverage brands is a strong plus.

  • Strong communication skills; you are convincing, energetic and professional.

  • Creative mindset on how to grow business together with your accounts.

  • A preference for being on the road rather than behind a desk.

  • Independent working style with good planning and administration skills.

  • You connect with the Salmari brand.

  • A valid driver’s license (B).

  • Native Dutch and professional English.

  • Preferably living in Randstad.
